Engage and collaborate with Infrastructure Designers and Platform Owners to review and approve cloud templates and patterns, and conduct logical deployments of cloud configurations. Automate cloud services and work with Public Cloud Providers to integrate and consume their services effectively. Maintain and enhance cloud service offerings, including portal and catalogue items, ensuring they integrate into ITSM processes for infrastructure recoveries, management, and delivery according to SLAs. Plan for capacity to ensure timely availability of the right infrastructure and apply enterprise and IT governance standards to the cloud infrastructure. Report on cloud infrastructure performance and recommend necessary actions, while providing third-level support to the cloud infrastructure operations team. Advise and consult on cloud-related matters for project workgroups, ensuring the stability and reliability of cloud services and rightsizing the infrastructure as needed. Execute deliverables in line with the cloud strategy within agreed timeframes, keeping certifications valid and up to date, and staying current with industry trends. Support the achievement of business strategy, objectives, and values by seeking opportunities to improve business processes, models, and systems through agile thinking. Ensure personal growth and effectiveness in performing roles and responsibilities, and participate in corporate responsibility initiatives to achieve business strategy.
