The purpose is to provide specialist expertise and data insights linked to product knowledge to support the execution of a data-driven client optimization strategy. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of experience in data-driven decision within the financial services sector. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Economics and Management Sciences, or an Honours Degree in Commerce or Economics and Management Sciences. Knowledge of data analytics, scorecard building, modeling, portfolio management, scored lending, SME environment, financial services industry, Basel II, credit risk regulatory requirements, and data visualization tools and technologies is required. Knowledge of credit products, business banking landscape, agile project methodology, and computer literacy skills are also required. Skills include decision making, numerical reasoning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
