The Hesto Harnesses Diplomat in Training Programme is a structured 24-month development initiative designed to help newly qualified students transition from the academic environment to the workplace. The Diplomat in Training – Human Resource Management will gain practical exposure in HR Operations and Employee Relations departments under the guidance of experienced professionals. The programme is aimed at building a foundation for a career in Human Resource Management within the automotive manufacturing sector

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the HR and Employee Relations Departments
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with company policies
• Support HR initiatives, performance management, and staff development activities
• Participate in employee relations activities, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
• Contribute to HR process improvement and compliance initiatives
• Attend performance reviews and complete assigned training modules
• Perform any other duties relevant to the HR and ER functions as required

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management (Essential)
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management (Desirable)
