As a YES Intern – Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking hands-on experience in logistics within a secure, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Organize and store products in the correct locations while maintaining accurate inventory records
• Prepare and issue daily job cards and orders on time to meet service levels
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, ensuring shelves and workstations are neat and organized
• Communicate effectively with departments about shipments, schedules, and inventory updates

Qualifications

• Higher Certificate in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or Operations Management
• 0–1 year experience in warehousing or related administrative roles (internship or learnership experience accepted)
• Unemployed youth (18–34 years) who meet the Yes4Youth eligibility criteria (must not have participated in the program before)
• Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, and Outlook)
• Attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work shifts
