The role involves developing, maintaining, and enhancing existing systems, ensuring operational efficiency and cost effectiveness by removing duplicated processes. The candidate will also deliver exceptional service by resolving queries quickly and effectively. They will code, compile, test, and implement applications, supporting development environments. They will ensure compliance with legislative and audit requirements, mitigate potential risks, minimize system defects, and manage programming incidents. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, production support experience, 1-2 years of experience using SQL, 1-2 years of understanding of ETL concept, understanding of the SDLC process, backend and frontend support experience, and understanding of meta data. They will also assess their own performance and seek feedback as needed.
