The Compensation Fund in Pretoria is seeking a Senior Management Services (SMS) candidate to fill a position. The salary for this position is R849,702 per annum, all-inclusive. The job requires three years' relevant qualifications in Supply Chain Management, with four years of functional experience in the field. The candidate should have knowledge of compensation fund business strategies and goals, relevant stakeholders, fund governance and risk management, budgeting and financial management, financial reporting principles, budget control processes, customer service, technical knowledge, COIDA, and legislative requirements such as the Public Finance Management Act, National Treasury regulations, Public Service Regulations, Promotion of Access to Information Act. The duties of the position include managing order issues, facilitating payments of invoices, managing stores functions, managing client liaison offices, and overseeing end-to-end performance of the supply chain performance management. Following the interview and technical exercise, the selection panel will recommend candidates to attend generic managerial competencies using the mandated DPSA SMS competency assessment tools. The successful candidate will be expected to sign a performance agreement.
