The OVK Programmer Learnership is currently based in Ladybrand, Free State. Eligibility criteria include being between 18 and 35 years old, having completed a Matric qualification with strong academic performance, and having at least 2 years of practical experience distinguishing them in IT fields. Personal skills include strong communication abilities, ability to work well in a team, English language proficiency, motivation, enthusiasm, excellent problem-solving skills, computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and good time management skills.
