All Sintrex Interns report directly to the Training Manager and participate in a 12-month internship program designed to train them for potential employment within the company. Upon successful completion, interns may be placed in junior roles such as Computer IT Operator, Sys Admin, member of the Drawing Team, part of the Centre of Excellence, or Solutions Specialist. This program, which does not seek developers, requires interns to complete a series of assessments, examinations, and practical projects to pass. Interns are expected to complete all assigned tasks and tests, integrate successfully with the Sintrex Team, achieve all practical tasks and assignments on-site or during the practical phase, and maintain up-to-date logbooks. Ideal candidates will have a high degree of aptitude in the IT environment, a passion for technology, entrepreneurial initiative, professionalism, and a deadline-driven approach.
